During KLM's Boutique Magnifique, cabin crew get a behind-the-scenes look at the inflight retail and catering services offered on various flights. The idea behind this fair was that you can only really sell a product if you know the product yourself. In addition to product demonstrations, there were also presentations and lectures. There was also a comedy show and drinks for entertainment.

Forty brands presented their products under the theme 'Sweet Seduction'. A selection of the companies present included Beemster, Gassan, Heineken, and Tony Chocolonely. De Middenfabriek and de Binnenstraat were dedicated to product presentations and workshops. De Pulppersloods was the setting for guest speaker Jimmy Nelson, world-famous photographer, and the stand-up comedians from Boom Chicago. Throughout the day, there were performances by the Dutch National Ballet, Johnny & The Gangsters of Love, and Ellen ten Damme.
