Opel Netherlands' annual strategy meeting 'Met het oog op' (With an eye on) is the highlight of the year. The entire dealer organization comes together, making it an important networking opportunity. Because the event could not take place 'live' this year, a digital strategy meeting was organized at SugarFactory.
ONLINE STRATEGY MEETING
The webcast studio in the industrial Middenfabriek provided the backdrop for the 'Met het oog op' strategy meeting, organized by Louder. brand activation. This year's theme was 'REDEFINE', an appropriate theme after a year in which everything had to be redefined. This also applied to events, meetings, and conferences. Thanks to the extensive capabilities of the webcast studio (in collaboration with Bazelmans AV), Opel was able to organize another impactful strategy meeting this year. The network event was facilitated online by incorporating various interaction tools into the webcast studio.
LIVE FROM THE STUDIO
De Middenfabriek Studio was decorated in a fresh, modern, and sleek style by Boozed. A low table on the stage provided space for five guests. This setup created a pleasant dynamic between presenter and moderator Art Rooijakkers and the table guests. Rooijakkers spoke with the management of Opel Netherlands, among others, and the conversations were supported by customized visual content, 3D motion graphics, and various brand videos.
In addition to the discussion table on stage, other setups were created on either side. To the left of the stage, high bar tables with bar stools were set up, while to the right, a more homely studio setting with a comfortable sofa and plants was chosen.
Mood4Food provided excellent catering for the guests in the studio.
RESPONSIBLE EVENT
The event was fully in line with the applicable Covid-19 safety guidelines. Thanks to the enormous space at de Middenfabriek, social distancing was not an issue.
