De Pulppersloods is a unique industrial location. It was amazing to see how it was transformed into a beautifully decorated multifunctional space where we could showcase our innovations, present our annual figures, and round off the event with a pleasant and atmospheric drinks reception. Heembouw
Construction company Heembouw organized HeembouwGetTogether! on May 12. During this gathering, the staff was surprised with the latest innovations and inspiring presentations. The annual figures were shared with the staff, and the management revealed a big surprise for the team!
Upon arrival, everyone was welcomed with a drink and then the guests proceeded to the innovation square. Here, staff could gain inspiration from the latest innovations within the progressive company. For this part of the event, half of de Pulppersloods was set up as a market square with cozy lounge areas.
After getting a good impression of the various innovations, the guests moved to the plenary section on the other side of de Pulppersloods. This section was screened off by a beautiful voile cloth and furnished with a large stage and grandstand. After various presentations and the announcement of the annual figures, this part was concluded with an award ceremony for the best innovation and the annual group photo. Guests also received a big surprise with the announcement of the location and date of the annual staff party.
To conclude the staff meeting, everyone enjoyed a delicious meal and drinks. Fresh pizzas were baked and guests could put together their own delicious burgers. This brought the meeting to a pleasant close.
DEEPL_NT_5 was used for the various parts of this event. DEEPL_NT_14 was used as the entrance to DEEPL_NT_5. Bazelmans provided a unique setting by constructing a grandstand for the 260 guests. During the event, we collaborated with the mobile caterer Mobile Street Food for the first time.
