Do you scroll faster than your shadow, know what works on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and have an eye for images and language? Then we need you on our team!
At SugarFactory, we bring stories to life in a breathtaking industrial location. From spectacular award shows to thrilling music shows, and from creative festivals and international trade fairs to prestigious gala dinners, high-end conferences, and flamboyant fashion shows: whatever the event, for us it’s all about one thing: experiences that touch our customers.

What are you going to do?
As a Marketing Assistant – Social Media | Intern, you will be fully integrated into the marketing team. So no coffee runs, but making a real impact on our content, image, and visibility – both in front of and behind the scenes of the most beautiful events.

What does your day look like?
Sometimes you start your day by writing a post about an award-winning event, followed by editing an aftermovie or brainstorming a new campaign. Other times, you dive into photos, come up with catchy captions, or go out to collect content on location. In between, you check the statistics of our posts, schedule new content via our social tool, and respond to comments or DMs from our community. You spot trends, monitor our tone of voice, and know exactly which format works on which platform. Occasionally, you work on a visually strong presentation or create a social post design in Canva that is completely on-brand.
