The beating heart
The eye-catcher of SugarFactory. You can feel the history with giant copper boilers, dizzying heights and an authentic industrial staircase. The east and west sides can also be used separately, each with its own unique atmosphere. Smaller subspaces on the second floor are perfect as production or breakout space! Or have a car literally drive in through the large entrance doors. The Middenfabriek can be connected to The Binnenstraat and The Pulppersloods.

Middle – second floor
Light, open and independent
Above the raw industrial grandeur of The Middenfabriek is a surprisingly bright and fully open space of no less than 2,000 square feet. This second floor is free of pillars, has its own entrance and has large windows that bathe the space in abundant daylight. This makes this floor perfectly suited as an independent event space for conferences, break-outs, exhibitions or dinners with an industrial character, for example. An inspiring place that breathes tranquility and space without sacrificing character.
